Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
If you want to withdraw or cancel the live Webinar you purchased; you are free to do so by informing Aqscence at least 3 working days (72 Hours) prior to the official start date of the web session. In such a situation, a letter of credit will be issued towards a future event. This letter of credit will be valid for 6 months from the date it has been issued. In case you fail to cancel your registration within the above mentioned stipulated time or if you fail to attend the Live Webinar session, refund claims will not be processed. If you wish to avail a different webinar with the same price tag on another date and time, you are welcome to do so, provided you give a written request to our Customer Support team.
